Beef Hash

I was searching for different ways to use up leftover beef roast and I came upon this recipe for beef hash.  We tried it last night and it was very good.{print recipe}

Beef Hash

4 cups cubed leftover beef roast

1 onion, diced

6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

4 stalks celery, sliced

1/4 bell pepper, diced

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon season salt

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup leftover beef gravy

1 cup water

Cube up the beef and put in a bowl.   Prepare the rest of the vegetables and add to the meat.  Add the seasoning.  Mix the gravy and water together and pour over the meat mixture.  Stir together.  Put into a sprayed baking dish and cover with foil.  Bake at 375º for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
