Cream Soup Mix

I got this recipe from Taste of Home years ago.  I like having this on hand for use in casseroles.

2 cups dry milk powder

3/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon basil

Combine the above ingredients and mix well.  Store in an air tight container.

1 can of condensed soup = 1/3 cup mix with 1 cup water (the original recipe called for more water but I thought it was to thin so I use 1 cup).  Mix the water and mix together and heat up over medium heat, stirring constantly.
