Slow Cooked Swiss Steak

I got this recipe from Quick Cooking.

3/4 cup flour

2 1/2 lbs round steak, cut into serving size pieces

1 teaspoon pepper

2 Tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/3 cup water

1 cup celery, sliced

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 garlic glove, diced

3 teaspoons beef bouillon

Combine flour, salt, and pepper.  Flour round steak and brown in frying pan with the butter.  Place in a sprayed crock pot.  Add garlic, onions, and celery on top of the meat.  Combine the soup and water, and pour over the meat.  Cook on low for 8 – 9 hours.
