Country White Bread

I got this recipe a long time ago {print recipe}

2 pkg. yeast
2 cups warm water (110º – 115º)
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup oil
6 1/2 – 7 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar until bubbly.  Add the salt, eggs, and oil.  Add flour as needed to form a soft dough.  Knead and let rise until doubled.  Punch down and divide into two.  Form loaf and put in greased pan.  Let rise in warm oven.  Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
